Overall had very enjoyable stay out of service for my entire three night stay. Overall it was a decent size and spotless with a view of the harbour. Location: the hotel was right by downtown and Quidi Vidi lake, the downtown area which was very close, and centre.

The location was magnificent, only 400 meters away from Commissariat House Museum. It was located in a very nice area, next to great cafes, the city center, downtown, and Quidi Vidi Lake.

I had a room that looked out over the harbour entrance and Signal Hill, a fantastic view. The location at the old town is ideal for exploring on foot. The bivver-Loung serves very good food. The inclusive breakfast buffet is rich.

The slow lifts get on your nerves.

The sheraton hotel is located in a great location.It's very clean except for the pool and the hot tub was out of order.Could not ask for a better staff.Food was good ,very good, price was on the high end of the scale.

Cost for a room was high ! Wan't to upgrade but it wasn't worth it.

Was able to be a high end hotel and still have the calm and charm of Newfoundland. The room was very comfortable and classy.

The harborside of the groundfloor didn't have continuity and feel accessible.. Hopefully, when whatever is down there is finished it will be interesting.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was excellent. All of the staff was attentive and competent. - the room I stayed in was brand-new with excellent views. - the breakfast was excellent, featured plenty of meals.

Staff did serious effort to move us to another room. The first one was noisy due to location. The second room was recently renovated and ok. King bed is big and comfy. Bathroom is convenient, nothing special.

The hotel has a business atmosphere. Beside that, due to functions every night the hotellobby is always crowded and parking full. So, ok for a convenient stay, not the place I should choose for a romantic break-out.
